The minutes of February 20, 2007 were read and accepted with changes noted. Ron Seaburg passed out a form for the Board to consider using that is in compliance with Chapter 39 of the General Laws of Massachusetts. The Board will review the form. The Board noted that Holland Town Council, Vin McCaughey will be in Housing Court on Friday, March 23 at 10AM for the William F. Lemon VS Brian Roche case.

Joel Jetty, Builder, represented Mr. Chapin. Mr. Jetty plans to meet with the HCC to resolve water control issues. The Board voted to approve the proposal as presented to the Board.~ Voting in favor of the proposal were Don Beal, Ray Korny and Ron Seaburg.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 PM
